Great house in great location. One block for beach and sound. The house, and bathrooms, are small, but the photos are accurate. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay!

Eric was a great host. Had recommends for restaurants and activities. Clear instructions with quick response. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Loved the location

We had such a lovely stay at Erik’s home! The public beach access was literally a 2 minute walk—close enough to run back to the house when we forgot something! Everything about the house was cozy, and Erik was so kind! Perfect if you’re looking to stay somewhere where the beach and sound are both easily walkable!

The home was perfect for our beach trip. Location to beach and sound side is perfect. Home was clean and ready with all of the basics for us. We did have a miscommunication about availability of a golf cart during our stay - the host was responsive to our concern and quickly made alternate arrangements to rectify the situation. Thank you again for a great stay and being a great host, Erik!

Perfect stay and excellent host - strongly recommended

Erik was a wonderful host. This is my second time staying here. The home is beautiful, clean, has all the amenities for a great stay. We loved the location. It was so quiet and so close to the beach. We watched the sunset every night from the back deck. Highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to go back!

This house is perfect for a visit to the laid-back south end of Topsail Island. Very comfortable space and furnishings, perfect for a family or extended family as our group was. Loved the view toward the sound from the back porch (sunsets!) and the covered front porch is super in the morning. Easy walk to the beach. Do be aware that there is another rental unit below—not a big deal to us. Erik was very responsive and friendly. Oh, and the kayaks and the outdoor shower are neat amenities! Thank you Erik.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! It was just as pictured & as we all know pictures can be deceiving. Erik was great at communication from the moment we booked to even after our departure to ensure everything went smoothly. We loved how close it was to the beach, local restaurants & it was amazing riding around on the golf cart to catch the sunset at the beach. We will def be back and couldn’t have asked for a better time! We even enjoyed a sunset dinner on the back deck and the weather was perfect!

What a great stay at Topsail. Cute house, very comfortable, gates on front and back decks so the pups were safe. Pleasantly surprised by sound views off the back deck and public beach access basically across the street. Erik was super responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay! Erik was the best host and responded to all messages and questions super quick. The house was beautiful and we made ourselves right at home. The golf cart is a must. Hopefully we will be back! Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic little beach house, perfect for a family getaway. Erik was a fantastic host, super accommodating and communicative. The house was pristine, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked and contained everything we needed for our stay. The house is a super quick walk to the beach.

Fabulous spot! Too many vacation rentals are bare bones, but not this place. Incredibly well stocked, comfortable beds and super clean. Easy beach access on foot, plus the use of the golf cart made it easy (and fun!) to cruise around the island.

I can’t say enough how wonderful this home was for our long weekend getaway! Erik was so responsive and probably the best host I’ve experienced in all my years of using Airbnb here and abroad! We will be BACK!

I was truly sad to leave this peaceful sanctuary. just happened to come across Erik’s listing and it was in the perfect location. I will be booking again! Erik thought of everything, down to the cutest personal toothbrushes and tiny toothpaste! The house was clean, beautiful, got the best sun on the front porch in the morning, and the most beautiful sunset over the waterway in the back! I cannot wait to come back.
